Biography:
Hello! I am a Clinical Behavioral Counselor pursuing licensure as a Professional Counselor, specializing in behavioral, emotional, and mental challenges across various healthcare settings. Currently, I serve as a Behavioral Mental Health Intern Specialist in primary care
at UCSF General Hospital, working in a family clinic. Previously, I worked as a school counselor at Notre Dame High School, where I developed a unique program that combined pickleball play therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adolescents.
My experience also includes leading psycho-educational groups, focusing on anger management, self-esteem, mindfulness, art and play therapy. Since 2014, I have been a health coach, supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups in overcoming a wide range of health challenges.
Personal:
I was born and raised in a small town in the Czech Republic. I love international travel and enjoy gaining multicultural experiences. I live what I teach, stay mindfully active, and play competitive pickleball. I also enjoy good food and spending time with those I care about, including my Border Collie, Maggie. :)

If desired, Maggie can join the therapy process to offer comfort and companionship, creating
an additional layer of support during our work together.
